Refund policy

Returns
All eligible items must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
All refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once your return is processed, you may use the store credit to place a new order for the desired size or item.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Seasonal or holiday merchandise
- Jewelry and accessories
- Hats, eyewear, and hair accessories
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
